Home Owner's Insurance covers both damage to your property and liability for injuries to others and damage to the property of others that you or your family members may cause. This includes damage or injury that may be caused by household pets. Damages caused by most “perils” to your home are covered depending on the type of policy that you select. The replacement of your home is insured at guaranteed replacement cost, replacement cost, repair cost or actual cash value in the event of damage or a complete loss. Although purchased less frequently Flood and Earthquake coverages are available. Coverage extends to personal property contained within the home and attached structures such as garages. Coverage is provided for buildings on your property that are not attached to your home and for loss of use in the event of a covered loss that prevents you from using your home. Renters insurance and Condominium insurance is available under a homeowner’s policy. Mobile home coverage can also be endorsed in a homeowner’s policy.
